What do we specialize in?
Our specialties include, among others, international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, IT and new technologies law, pharmaceutical law. We provide support for private equity and venture capital funds. In addition, we specialize in servicing foreign companies wanting to open business in Poland, offering them comprehensive legal support at every stage of their operations – from registration to ongoing advice.

For well over a decade now, the firm has been a member of the international Warwick Legal Network, ensuring our clients legal support in various parts of the world through the offices of our partners abroad, and at the same time increasing the portfolio of clients to include those in other countries.
AHK – Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce
Since the beginning of 2016, the Gorazda, Świstuń, Wątroba and Partners Advocates and Legal Counsels firm has been a member of AHK – the Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, which is the chamber with the largest number of members in Poland, and one of the largest German Foreign Industry and Commerce (AHK) in the world.
WARWICK LEGAL NETWORK
Since October 2004 the firm has been a member of Warwick Legal Network, an international organisation consisting of independent law firms from all over the world, working on the basis of the same standards.
One of the partners of the Gorazda, Świstuń Wątroba and Partners Advocates and Legal Counsels firm, the legal counsel Renata Warchoł-Lewicka is a board member and one of the Directors at WLN.
Pro bono
As the firm is not indifferent to human issues, and is also focussed on the social good, it has for many years been carrying out Pro Bono work.
he firm provides support in the form of full legal servicing of the Copernicus Centre Foundation, which supports interdisciplinary research projects in such fields as physics, biology, philosophy and science history.
The firm’ team actively supports the activities of the Iskierka Foundation, which aids children and young people suffering from cancer.
We have recently also been collaborating with the Polish Society of Anti-Discrimination Law, which is actively involved in combating discrimination. Their aim is to promote the principles of equal treatment, particularly with regard to sex, race, religion and ethnic background.
