Professionally, he is primarily interested in civil law, in particular the law of obligations and issues relating to liability for damages, as well as administrative law and administrative proceedings.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

He is fluent in English and has a conversational level of Russian.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Since April 2026, he has been associated with Gorazda, Świstuń, Wątroba i Partnerzy, adwokaci i radcowie prawni. Previously, he gained professional experience through internships, including at the Regional Court in Gdańsk, and provided legal advice as part of the Civil Law Section of the Jagiellonian University Legal Clinic.

EDUCATION

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, where he was awarded a Master of Laws degree in 2026.

At the same time, he studied Russian philology as part of the Inter-Faculty Individual Studies in the Humanities programme at the Jagiellonian University.

He wrote his Master’s thesis, entitled ‘The concept of balancing gains against losses (compensatio lucri cum damno) in the assessment of damages’, at the Department of Civil Law of the Jagiellonian University under the supervision of Prof. Jerzy Pisuliński, PhD.
