MAIN AREAS OF PRACTICE

He specializes primarily in comprehensive services for companies in the field of commercial law, due diligence activities, establishing family foundations, and civil law. He also has experience in legal consulting related to labor law, intellectual property law, and trademark protection, as well as in proceedings before public administration bodies.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

He has been with the firm since June 2025. Prior to that, he gained a year of experience at another Krakow-based law firm providing comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs and M&A transactions.

EDUCATION

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. In 2025, he defended his master’s thesis entitled “Citizenship – evolution of the concept, legal regulations and the right to represent a country in sporting events, and the restrictions imposed by FIVB regulations” at the Department of Constitutional Law. During his studies, he was also involved in a series of workshops on mediation in international affairs conducted in both Polish and English.
