Professionally, she specializes in tax law, with particular emphasis on disputes with tax authorities, where she draws on her professional experience in areas such as ongoing legal and tax services for individuals and legal entities, including international capital groups, and corporate restructuring. She represents taxpayers in audit, tax, administrative court, and enforcement proceedings, developing strategies aimed at effectively defending their rights and, as a result, winning numerous disputes with the tax authorities.

From 2003 to 2005, she collaborated with the Civil Law Section of the University Legal Clinic. Between 2004 and 2009, she was involved in legal support for bankruptcy trustees and law firms of attorneys and legal advisors. Since 2010, she has been associated with the law firm Gorazda, Świstuń, Wątroba i Partnerzy. She also trains legal trainees at the Kraków Bar Association of Attorneys.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University, earning her Master of Laws degree in 2005 with a thesis titled „Intertemporal Law” in the Department of Legal Theory and Philosophy. In 2006, she completed postgraduate studies in Tax Advisory at the University of Economics in Kraków. In 2010, she was admitted to the list of tax advisors.
