MAIN AREAS OF PRACTICE

Specializes in providing legal advice to entrepreneurs, both in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and dispute resolution, for private equity and venture capital funds. He deals in particular with structuring and managing transactions, joint venture projects, due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, and managing negotiations.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

Provides legal services in English and German.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

During his studies, he completed numerous internships at Kraków-based law firms, courts, and the Allerhand Institute in Kraków. A member of the Kraków Bar Association since 2013, he has been associated with the firm since 2013.

EDUCATION

Graduated with a law degree from Jagiellonian University (2012), defending his master’s thesis titled „Acquisition of Own Shares by a Joint-Stock Company.” Currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Private Commercial Law, Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University, working on a dissertation titled „Own Shares in a Limited Liability Company.”
