MAIN AREAS OF PRACTICE

He specializes in corporate law, civil law, and commercial law. Additionally, he has a strong interest in new technologies law.

He has experience in, among others, contract negotiations, M&A transactions, and ongoing legal advisory services for both domestic and international entities in the course of their day-to-day business operations.

Furthermore, his professional experience includes matters related to personal data protection, including the preparation of legal opinions, conducting audits, and implementing appropriate data protection policies and procedures.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

Provides legal services in English. Additionally, has basic proficiency in Swedish.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Gained experience through internships at Warsaw-based law firms and the Criminal Division of the District Court for Warsaw-Śródmieście. Joined GSW Law Firm in September 2015. Since January 2026 – Junior Partner at the firm.

EDUCATION

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Defended his master’s thesis at the Department of Criminal Law, focusing on the new model of pre-trial proceedings in light of recent reforms.
