MAIN AREAS OF PRACTICE

He specialises in civil law, as well as business, commercial and tax law, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He also provides corporate and tax advisory services to companies and businesses, including the preparation of legal opinions, transaction documents and contracts relating to the day-to-day operations of business entities. 

Furthermore, he provides services in the field of labour law and pharmaceutical law.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

He has been with the firm since September 2021. In June 2024, he was admitted to the bar by the Kraków District Bar Association. Prior to that, he gained experience at law firms in Kraków. 

EDUCATION

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. He defended his master’s thesis on the topic of the Split Payment Mechanism in VAT at the Department of Financial Law. After completing his legal training in 2024, he passed the bar exam with distinction and was admitted to the bar.
