Professionally, he deals with civil law, mainly in the field of commercial law. He also specializes in banking law, real estate transactions, and legal issues related to real estate management, company law, including restructuring processes (including tax law), legal issues related to company succession, in particular issues related to the execution of succession management in a company undergoing inheritance, civil and commercial proceedings. He successfully conducts litigation, advises on commercial contracts, and supports clients in consumer and labor matters.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Previously advised at the Kraków branch of one of the largest Polish banks. Attended legal counsel training from 1992 to 1996. Since 2001, a partner in the firm.

EDUCATION

Graduated from Jagiellonian University in 1993, earning a degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration. Passed the judicial exam in 1995 and the legal counsel exam in 1996.
