Professionally focuses on tax, commercial, and copyright law (particularly in the IT sector). Has led numerous restructuring projects, including those involving the public market.
Outside of his professional work, he is engaged in philosophy, particularly the philosophy and methodology of social sciences (economics and law). He is a member of the Copernicus Center for Interdisciplinary Studies at the Jagiellonian University and the Polish Network for the Philosophy of Economics.
Provides legal services in English and German.
Earned a Ph.D. in philosophy in 2011 and a habilitation in legal sciences from the Jagiellonian University in 2018.
Graduated from the Jagiellonian University Faculty of Law in 1995.
Completed judicial training in the Kraków Court of Appeal district between 1995 and 1997, passing the judicial exam.
Passed the attorney-at-law exam in 2001.
Pursued postgraduate studies in philosophy, ethics, and cultural studies at the Pontifical Academy of Theology in Kraków (now the Pontifical University of John Paul II) from 2006 to 2007.
Continued with doctoral studies in philosophy between 2007 and 2011.
