Specializes in providing comprehensive legal services to business entities, particularly in the IT sector, and participates in the process of drafting and reviewing contracts in professional transactions. Her professional interests also include investment processes, mainly the restructuring of commercial law companies. She has extensive experience in civil proceedings, particularly in commercial proceedings involving foreign entities.

Has over ten years of professional experience. Has been with the law firm since September 2009 and previously worked with renowned law firms in Kraków.

EDUCATION

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Defended her master’s thesis titled „Leveraged Buyout Transactions and the Ban on Financial Assistance in the Context of the Capital Directive Reform” with distinction in 2008. In 2010, completed a master’s program at the Faculty of Law, Economics, and Management at Université d’Orléans, obtaining a Master en Droit Privé, Spécialité Economique, option droit des affaires français et international. In 2012, passed the bar exam with a positive result.
