PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Has been with the law firm since November 2016, previously collaborating with renowned law firms in Kraków. Practicing as an attorney since 2019.

Carries out labor law projects for domestic and international companies, particularly in employee hiring and employment cost management. Advises on compliance of employment documentation with legal regulations, including sector-specific rules. Possesses extensive experience in labor and social insurance proceedings, as well as civil and commercial litigation.

Also handles corporate governance matters, with consideration of tax issues. Negotiated agreements within investment processes for the development sector. Assists clients in drafting and negotiating contracts commonly used in business transactions.

EDUCATION

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University, completed with distinction. Completed an attorney apprenticeship through the Kraków Bar Association.
Graduate of postgraduate studies in labor law and social insurance at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University, as well as postgraduate studies in accounting and taxation for legal professionals at the Institute of Finance, Cracow University of Economics.
