MAIN AREAS OF PRACTICE

Specializes in commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate law. Handles comprehensive support for mergers and acquisitions, advises on restructurings and consolidations within corporate groups, including foreign entities. Also specializes in substantive and procedural civil law. Provides ongoing legal support to business entities, particularly in the preparation and negotiation of contracts.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

Provides legal services in English and German.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

During his studies, he completed numerous internships at Kraków-based law firms, courts, and the Allerhand Institute in Kraków. A member of the Kraków Bar Association since 2013, he has been associated with the firm since 2013.

EDUCATION

Graduated with a law degree from Jagiellonian University (2012), defending his master’s thesis titled „Acquisition of Own Shares by a Joint-Stock Company.” Currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Private Commercial Law, Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University, working on a dissertation titled „Own Shares in a Limited Liability Company.”
