MAIN AREAS OF PRACTICE

Specializes primarily in advising business entities in the IT sector, particularly in drafting and reviewing agreements related to the creation, sale, implementation, post-implementation support of software, and intellectual property rights consultancy. She is also an expert in public procurement law, providing services to entities involved in legal remedies, as well as reviewing tender documentation and procurement procedures. Conducts training sessions on intellectual property law and legal updates.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

During her studies, she provided legal advice as part of the Civil Law Section of the University Legal Aid Clinic. In 2000, she began collaborating with the e-prawnik.pl online service, contributing to its substantive content. Since 2001, she has been continuously associated with the firm. In 2006, she established her individual law practice, and in 2008, she became a partner in the firm.

EDUCATION

Graduated from Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2001, earning her degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration, specializing in Law. In the same year, she completed the American Law Program, organized by Jagiellonian University in cooperation with The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. She also graduated from the postgraduate program in Copyright, Publishing, and Press Law conducted by the Interdisciplinary Institute of Intellectual Property Law at Jagiellonian University. In 2004, she passed the judicial exam. She has been running her individual law practice since 2006.
