Her practice also includes a broad spectrum of commercial law, public procurement law (especially in IT), M&A, labor law, and litigation.
Her knowledge and experience in IT project lifecycles and related processes enable her to manage accompanying crisis situations effectively and assess the risk of their occurrence during negotiations. She also serves as a coordinator and consultant for GDPR implementation teams.

A legal counsel with over a decade of professional experience. Has been collaborating with the firm since 2002, becoming part of its core team in 2004 and a partner in 2008. Before joining the firm, she worked as a legal advisor in an IT company (2002–2004). Previously, she spent several years (1998–2002) in the Corporate Services Division of the Investment Banking Department at a Kraków-based brokerage house, focusing on projects involving public and private securities transactions, legal support for investment processes involving industry or financial investors for corporate entities, drafting the legal sections of prospectuses, and preparing legal analyses for these projects.
She also trains professionals on IT contract law and technology law.
